Sebastião Falanque, nasceu em Sales, região metropolitana de São José do Rio Preto, interior de São Paulo, em 18 de agosto de 1965, mudou-se para Barra do Bugres, com o pai Euclides Falanque, mãe Izabel Flores Falanque, juntamente com mais seis irmãos, aqui nasceram outros seis, no inicio dos anos 1980 para trabalharem em uma propriedade rural.

 

Formou-se em Gestão Pública, pela UNP com Pós-graduado também Em Gestão Pública pela Favene em Tangará da Serra.

 

Casado com Laurinha da Silva Falanque à trinta anos, com quem possui duas filhas, Vanessa e Bianca.

 

Funcionário público municipal de carreira, também atuou antes no Sindicato dos Trabalhadores Rurais e Câmara Municipal, foi eleito pela primeira vez em 2016 e reeleito em 2020 pelo PSL com 233 votos.

 

Sebastião Falanque faleceu em 28 de agosto de 2022 em decorrência do Covid-19.
